How does this process work?

• First, gather all your legacy media that you would like converted—any and all video tapes, discs, photo prints, etc.—and put them in a box (or boxes).

• We can come to you, you can come to us, or a pre-determined meeting location can be decided—whatever is easiest for you!

• We will get to work on converting your media. Turnaround times may vary, depending on the media and how much there is, but you can expect your items and digitized versions returned to you within 21 days. Time variances will be communicated to you as they arise.

• We will hand deliver your items and finished media back to you when it is convenient for you. We will include one USB flash drive and one microSD memory card with adapter with all your media saved to them, and we can provide you with additional copies for a small fee.

• That’s it! You can now enjoy your memories on most modern devices—TVs, computers, tablets and smartphones (ask us about accessing your memories from a secure cloud source!)

What are your rates?

• For old home videos or DVD/Blu-ray digitization: $25/tape or disc

  • Between 1 & 10 tapes/rolls: $25 per

  • Between 11 &20 tapes/rolls: $22 per

  • More than 20 tapes/rolls total: $20 per

  • Includes formats such as VHS/VHS-C, 8mm/Hi8, miniDV/DVCAM, film reels (old Kodak reels), etc.

  • Deluxe package: for an additional $10 per tape, we will chronologically organize your clips for you, oldest to newest, and mark the .mp4’s as such!

  • Premium package: for an additional $20 per tape, we will do the above, as well as edit your videos and chronologically CATEGORIZE your videos (based on available information, such as date/timestamps, etc.), based on the events! (Holidays, Birthdays, School, etc.)

• For print photo digitization: $.50/print

  • Includes all print photos of any size

  • Deluxe package: for an additional $.25/print, we will chronologically organize your photos into albums, oldest to newest, and mark the albums as such!

  • Premium package: for an additional $.50/print, we will do the above, as well as chronologically CATEGORIZE your photos (based on available information, such as date/timestamps, etc.), based on the events! (Holidays, Birthdays, School, etc.)

In what format will I receive my digitized memories?

• We will include one USB flash drive and one microSD card with full-size adapter with your conversions saved to them, giving you multiple playback options for an array of devices you likely already own!

• We can provide additional copies of the microSD cards and flash drives at an additional cost of $10/copy

• We can also set up and provide details and instruction on using a cloud-based service to access your media from nearly any smart-capable device, including your phone!
